In ensuring the food industry to recognize the concern for healthier food, Unipeq has successfully obtained the SAMM accreditation for analysis of Glycemic Index. We are using the ISO 26642: 2010 method (In Vivo) for the determination of the GI value of carbohydrates in foods. The procedure will involve three steps: i) Chemical Testing, ii) GI Clinical Test, iii) Data Analysis and Report. Overall, the testing will take 2 to 3 months to complete.
